Most manufactured students who are smart, talented, and driven are lost in this bubble of privilege, and with it comes little intellectual curiosity and a stunted sense of purpose.

Duke seems intent on restricting the liberty and individual autonomy of its students by basing its decision on gross exaggerations that living with someone who you are similar with is not beneficial for the college experience of exploring identity and embrace diversity.
At a research university with a compact undergraduate population exceeding 6,000, the positions of DSG President and EVP can inspire a certain type of awe and reverence.
