Duke finished in solo fifth with a team score of 15-over par. Junior Ethan Evans was the Blue Devils’ top individual finisher, riding a 5-under second round to fifth place overall.
The Blue Devils finished in sixth place, one stroke behind Auburn and two behind Oklahoma. Leading the scoring for the Blue Devils was senior Kelly Chinn at 11-under 202, good enough for an individual fourth-place finish.

Back for its first action of 2025, the Duke men’s golf team posted a total score of 864 to secure eighth place at the Southwestern Invitational in Thousand Oaks, Calif. Early this week, Pinehurst No. 2 hosted the Blue Devils at the Wake Forest Invitational, who tied for fourth place out of 12 teams, including national powerhouses Auburn and East Tennessee State.
