Duke-Margolis Center for Health Policy director explains mission of center, future of health care policy

Mark McClellan was recently appointed the director of the newly-formed Duke-Margolis Center for Health Policy, which aims to improve health care through developing and implementing policy solutions. A former commissioner of the U.S. Food and Drug Administration, he also served as an administrator for the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services under President George W. Bush. The Chronicle's Vir Patel talked with McClellan about the center's goals and its collaboration with the Duke community.
