Duke alum Dan McCready runs for Congressional seat in special election

Dan McCready, Trinity '05, is running for the 9th District of North Carolina's congressional seat after losing to Republican challenger Mark Harris last November. After the State Board of Elections found evidence of fraud by a consultant tied to Harris' campaign and called for a new election in the district, McCready is on the campaign trail again before the Sept. 10 election, when he will face Republican State Senator Dan Bishop.
