The Chronicle wants to learn more about where undergraduate students receive their COVID-19 vaccines and how they feel about their experiences.
We’ve created a Qualtrics survey to understand general trends among undergraduate students, including when they received the vaccine and factors that impacted where they chose to get it. The survey asks for a NetID, but under no circumstances will your survey responses be published with your name.
At the end of the survey, there is a question about how you felt about your vaccine experience. You can share your opinions on the survey or in the comment box below.
The survey will close May 28.
