Though it's still the first full week of February, it's never too early to look ahead to March.
The NCAA tournament selection committee agrees, revealing their top 16 teams if the season ended today Saturday afternoon on CBS. Duke is currently slated to be the No. 2 seed in the East Region, joined by top-seeded San Diego State, third-seeded Maryland and fourth-seeded Butler in the New York regional.
Madison Square Garden truly has become Duke's second home this season, with the team already playing three games in the arena. If the Blue Devils were to remain in the East Regional and win out, Duke would up its Madison Square Garden total to five games.
The actual Selection Sunday will be March 15, while Duke can expect to kick off NCAA tournament play March 19 or March 20.
