Only two of ESPN's top 33 basketball recruits for the Class of 2020 have announced their commitments. Both are now headed to Durham.

Five-star small forward Jalen Johnson officially committed to Duke via an announcement on his personal Twitter account Thursday afternoon, choosing the Blue Devils over Kentucky, Wisconsin and Arizona. The No. 4 overall recruit trimmed his list down to those four schools in early May.

Johnson now joins five-star point guard Jeremy Roach—ESPN's No. 15 recruit—as the only 2020 five-stars to announce their decisions. In an interview with Rivals' Corey Evans earlier this year, Roach admitted he had discussed the possibility of joining forces with many of his teammates from the USA Basketball U17 team in college. Johnson was one of those teammates mentioned, along with top-ten recruits Scottie Barnes and B.J. Boston, both of whom have also been recruited by head coach Mike Krzyzewski.

Johnson has been heralded as a gifted athlete with a high basketball IQ and impeccable court vision, though could use improvement on the defensive end of the floor. But with the USA Basketball connection between Johnson, Roach and many of 2020's top recruits, another magical class could be on its way to Cameron Indoor Stadium next fall.
