Former Duke star J.J. Redick is staying busy this offseason with his podcast on Yahoo Sports' The Vertical, and he also made time to throw out the first pitch at Saturday's Los Angeles Angels game.

Redick is not the first notable Duke athletics figure to throw out a first pitch this summer. Duke football head coach David Cutcliffe threw out the first pitch at a New York Yankees game in May.
The sharpshooter is coming off one of his best NBA seasons with the Los Angeles Clippers, He averaged 16.3 points per game and shot 47.5 percent from behind the 3-point line.
