The Chronicle's Ryan Hoerger previews Duke's NCAA tournament opener, a 12:15 p.m. tip-off against 13th-seeded UNC Wilmington at the Dunkin' Donuts Center in Providence, R.I. The Blue Devils earned the No. 4 seed in the West and will set their sights on a second straight Final Four appearance by taking care of the Seahawks, who are led by Division II transfer Chris Flemmings. UNC Wilmington is the third-most foul-prone team in the country—committing 23.8 fouls per game—which could play right into the hands of the uber-aggressive Grayson Allen and the Blue Devils, who have made more free throws than their opponents have attempted this season.
