Some of the greatest moments in Duke head coach Mike Krzyzewski's career have come in New York, the city where he passed Bob Knight for the most coaching victories in Division I men's basketball history and won his 1,000th career game.
Another person who knows quite a bit about the Big Apple was on hand Saturday to watch the Blue Devils take on the Utes.
The Tonight Show's Jimmy Fallon sat courtside Saturday at Madison Square Garden, where Duke fell to Utah 77-75 in overtime. The comedian sported a holiday sweater and sat alongside Duke vice president and director of athletics Kevin White. Fallon sure had his share of air time in front of a nationally televised audience—which, of course, he is accustomed to on NBC—but watched the Blue Devils come up short under the Garden's bright lights.
