Cook named ACC Co-Player of the Week

The Quinn-sanity keeps on getting crazier.

After earning the Battle 4 Atlantis Most Outstanding Player award, leading the Blue Devils to the tournament championship, Quinn Cook has been named the ACC Co-Player of the Week, sharing the honors with Virginia Tech's Erick Green.

In Duke's three wins against Minnesota, VCU and Louisville, Cook averaged 13.7 points, 6.3 assists and 2.0 steals per game. In the Blue Devils 76-71 win against then-No. 2 Louisville in the championship game of the Battle 4 Atlantis, he scored Duke's last eight points including a silky runner in the lane with 29 seconds left to extend Duke's lead to two possessions. He then hit two free throws on back-to-back possessions to ice the game.

Cook, now a sophomore, earned the ACC Rookie of the Week award twice last year but was never earned the conference's Player of the Week.
