After Duke football suffered a crushing 41-20 lost to Virginia Tech last weekend, the Blue Devils will take their second shot at a bowl game as they host North Carolina at 7 p.m. at Wallace Wade Stadium.
Duke has only won the Victory Bell once in the last 22 years, in 2003.
