Two Blue Devils continue to accumulate postseason awards, as the United States Basketball Writers Association honored Chelsea Gray and Elizabeth Williams this week.
Gray was one of 10 players named to the USBWA All-American team after averaging 12.5 points, 6.1 assists, 4.9 rebounds and 2.8 steals this season. She set a single-season program record with 201 assists in 2011-12.
The sophomore point guard is also a finalist for the USBWA's national player of the year award.
Williams was named USBWA's national freshman of the year yesterday, a day after becoming the first Blue Devil to ever receive Associated Press All-American honors. She averaged 14.0 points and 7.8 rebounds per game, leading Duke in both categories.
