Duke ran past N.C. State 83-59 Monday afternoon at Cameron Indoor Stadium behind Richa Jackson's career-high 21 points.
The No. 7 Blue Devils (12-2, 3-0 in the ACC) turned 24 Wolfpack turnovers into 37 points. Tricia Liston had 14 points and 11 rebounds, while Chelsea Gray added 12 points and eight assists.
Allison Vernerey added 11 points from the post on 6-for-7 shooting.
N.C. State (10-6, 0-3) never let Duke run away with the game, even though the Blue Devils led by 17 points at halftime and 16 points with 10 minutes left in the game. The Wolfpack cut the deficit to just six points with 7:31 left, but Duke was finally able to put the game out of reach down the stretch.
Marissa Kastanek and Bonae Holston each scored 12 points for N.C. State.
The Blue Devils play their next game Friday Jan. 13 against Florida State at Cameron Indoor Stadium.
