For the second straight year, Duke will be headlining the Big Ten/ACC Challenge.
The Blue Devils will make the trek to Columbus, Ohio on Tuesday, November 29 to face Ohio State, a team expected to contend for a No. 1 seed in the 2012 NCAA Tournament, the Duke Sports Information Department announced Tuesday.
The Blue Devils faced a team with similar expectations last season in Michigan State, but defeated the Spartans 84-79 in Cameron behind a superstar performance by Kyrie Irving. The last time Duke played in the Big Ten/ACC Challenge on the road, however, was in 2009 and resulted in a 73-69 upset loss to Wisconsin.
The other premier matchup of the challenge will be played in Chapel Hill, where North Carolina will face Wisconsin.
