Last night, head coach Mike Krzyzewski announced on his Sirius radio program that Kyrie Irving will be out "a long time."
This marks a departure from the common line emitting from the basketball program, which stated there was no idea of a timetable for the freshman's return.
Speaking on his show "Basketball and Beyond with Coach K," Krzyzewski would not elaborate on what "a long time" meant. He did say that specialists are meeting now to plan Irving's rehabilitation.
