"I love being here at Duke and am excited about next year," Singler said. "I had two great options in front of me, but I did not want to miss out on all of the great things to come in a senior season."
Singler is expected to address the media tomorrow.
With Singler returning, Duke could be the No. 1 team heading in to the 2010 season, especially if Purdue forward JaJuan Johnson chooses to remain in the NBA Draft along with the general exodus of underclassmen. Duke will return two of its top three scorers in Singler and fellow junior Nolan Smith, as well as Miles and Mason Plumlee in the frontcourt. What's more, the Blue Devils will welcome one of the top point guard recruits in the country in Kyrie Irving, and transfer Seth Curry will be eligible to play.
