For the first season in recent memory, Duke's roster has some serious size. The Blue Devils had six different players 6-foot-8 or taller play at least 17 minutes in their 114-55 victory against Penn last night. Duke dominated the glass, out-rebounding the Quakers 43-25. After the game, Penn interim head coach Jerome Allen had this to say about the Blue Devils' size:
"Sometimes, it felt like we were standing in the trees. Duke’s size is one of their strengths and their starting lineup shows it. You know, sometimes their starting forwards are 6’8”, 6’9”, and 6’10”, and then other times it can be 6’9”, 6’9”, 7’1”."
