Following a 14-7 campaign that saw the Blue Devils advance to the Sweet Sixteen, newcomers Ryan Finley and Andrew Wenger have been named to the Goal.com "Freshman Team of the Season."
Finley, a native of Lumberton, N.J., led the Blue Devils with 11 goals, while also tallying 5 assists.
Wenger, of Lititz, Pa., anchored a Duke back-line that forced seven shut-outs on the year, and managed to score four goals on the year. Wenger also received first-team All-ACC honors, and was named ACC Freshman of the Year.
