A large, tattooed man robbed a SunTrust bank in Raleigh Wednesday.
The criminal mastermind's attire of choice? A No. 21 Cleveland Cavaliers Trajan Langdon jersey. No word yet on whether he decided to leave his William Avery authentic at home.
Of course, this comes on the heels of a sort of Langdon renaissance—Wale, in his interview for The Chronicle's Recess, said in a rather confusing quote that his show was going to be the biggest thing at Duke since Trajan Langdon.
Langdon, also known as the Alaskan Assassin, only played 119 games for the Cavs during his short NBA career, so the rarity of the jersey should not be overstated. He averaged 5.4 points per game over the three seasons.
Langdon currently plays for the Russian League team CSKA Moscow.
