High school senior Kyrie Irving, one of Duke's top potential recruits for the Class of 2014, is set to visit Duke's campus Sept. 18, according to ESPN.com.
Irving, an Elizabeth, N.J. native, is also planning visits to Kentucky and Indiana the following two weeks.
The 6''1 point guard is described as an excellent shooter, finisher and ball distributor by ESPN.
“Coach K, his name itself, that’s just a big name,” Irving said. “It’s a big-time school. And I think everybody dreams about having either North Carolina or Duke on their list, and I have the luxury of having Duke. So I wouldn’t want any other way with Coach K. I have a great relationship with him.”
