The Greatest Playlist Of All Time (GPOAT)

I am driving from North Carolina to Colorado next weekend, and to get ready for this roadtrip, I decided to amass a collection of all the songs released since 1955 that I am confident I could sing along to.  The end result is a 234-song, 15-hour playlist that does not feature the same artist twice*. The entire playlist is listed in chronological order after the jump.

Yet, perfection can still manage some improvement (I think), so I am turning to all Playground readers for suggestions on possible oversights.

First, a few rules:

1) Like I said before, you can't suggest anything from an artist I have already listed.  So don't try and argue "Living on a Prayer" because I already included "Wanted Dead Or Alive," which, trust me, was an agonizing decision.

2) Suggestions need to be songs that are somewhat upbeat and fun to sing along to.  In other words, spare me your Meatloaf.

3) These can't just be personal favorites.  They need to be pop classics.  You would have to be somewhat confident that anyone your age might not necessarily know the words, but can at least recite the chorus.

*By which I mean no same group is listed twice.  For instance, there is both a Jackson 5 song and a Michael Jackson song (as well as both Wham! and George Michael tracks) because I consider these to be separate musical acts.
