ACES embarrasses itself

I truly hate to criticize a process meant to bring progress and modernization to our class enrollment, but the current condition of ACES bookbagging should be considered an embarrassment. The old system, whatever its faults, was downright intuitive compared to the current state of the new system. For example, in the old system, one could add a class to a bookbag by merely clicking the add class button, in the new system, one must navigate through three pages.

To see cross listings, additional clicks are also necessary (a smart system should immediately display both the cross listings and the current enrollment in the crosslistings). I'm studying abroad and don't really want to have to spend an exorbitant amount of time during the overly brief bookbagging period trying to use this clumsy system.

I understand that no new online interface launches without bumps in the road, but if this is the best product that could have been delivered for Spring 2009 registration, the new ACES should have been delayed.
