Is the war on Iraq a foregone conclusion? It does not have to be. Soon Congress will vote on a resolution on the use of force against Iraq. The voices calling for war on Iraq are loud and many. But where are the voices of opposition? Those who question or oppose pre-emotive strikes against Iraq must speak out. Talk about it on the bus, or in the line for lunch. Write to the people who represent you in the U.S. Congress. Silence is tacit approval.
